Hook ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant up to PLINKY PLONK. Once connected, your assistant can look things up and take actions in the app for you — just ask it in plain English.

CONNECT

ChatGPT

  1. 1.Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there). If you can't see it, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2.Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3.Enter PLINKY PLONK as the name and paste the URL above into the URL field.
  4. 4.Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. 5.Enable PLINKY PLONK from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. 1.Open the prefilled Claude connector dialog — the name and URL are already filled in.
  2. 2.Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3.If the prefilled form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it PLINKY PLONK and paste the URL above.
  4. 4.Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. 1.Run this in a terminal:
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http plinky-plonk 'https://plinkyplonk.app/mcp'
  1. 2.Start Claude Code and run /mcp to check PLINKY PLONK is connected. It'll prompt you to sign in from that menu if needed.
  2. 3.Ask Claude Code to use PLINKY PLONK.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1.Open the assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2.Create a new remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3.Name it PLINKY PLONK and paste the URL above.
  4. 4.Complete any sign-in or authorisation prompts.
  5. 5.Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use PLINKY PLONK.

REFRESH AFTER AN UPDATE

Assistants remember what PLINKY PLONK could do when you connected. After we ship changes, refresh the connection to pick up the latest.

ChatGPT

  1. 1.Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick PLINKY PLONK under "Enabled apps".
  2. 2.Next to "Information", click Refresh.
  3. 3.If the URL has changed, paste the latest one from above.
  4. 4.Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use PLINKY PLONK.

Claude

  1. 1.Open the Connectors page and select the PLINKY PLONK connector.
  2. 2.Refresh or update the connector.
  3. 3.If the URL has changed, paste the latest one from above.
  4. 4.Ask Claude to use PLINKY PLONK.

Claude Code

  1. 1.Start a new Claude Code session — it reconnects and picks up the latest.
  2. 2.If the URL has changed, run claude mcp remove plinky-plonk, then run the install command above again.
  3. 3.Ask Claude Code to use PLINKY PLONK.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1.Open the assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2.Select the PLINKY PLONK connection.
  3. 3.Refresh the connection, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4.If the URL has changed, paste the latest one from above.
