Founder Wayne turned up to a Kent pickleball court on a Tuesday night with three mates, four paddles and nowhere to play. The council court was locked. The private club needed a membership. The nearest bookable court was 40 minutes away.
He built PLINKY PLONK that winter — first as a spreadsheet of every court within an hour's drive, then as an app that could book them. Today it powers court sports across the UK, from All4Pickleball in Thanet to venues in every major city.
